Supporting the General Manager, helping the team to deliver great service and fantastic food, you take personal responsibility for making sure everybody plays their part and the whole operation runs smoothly. That means acting as a team player and team coach in equal measure. You set targets, establish controls, organise and run meetings, motivate, support and guide your team, both front and back of house.
An outgoing, natural communicator, you can build rapport and, convey your infectious enthusiasm. To set the Strada standard, you need to be an energetic, results-driven hospitality professional who knows how to inspire others and love the feeling that comes with reaching shared goals.
